This add-on is for puppy owners who want to secure a Limited-Edition collarbefore its collection expires but are roadblocked by puppy growth. By adding this to your cart alongside your collar purchase, you are reserving a spot in my order queue until your puppy is fully grown.
Here’s how it works:
Your collar will not be made until you provide updated measurements. You will be asked to supply both an estimated date and an email I can contact you at for measurements when that date arrives.
When you’re ready, your order will be bumped to the bottom of my current waitlist(whether empty or full).
You will be asked to acknowledge that the wait may be short or long depending on where I am in my queue or other D2K9 affairs. There are no guarantees of an immediate turnaround.
If you’d like to move faster when you’re ready, you can purchase the Line Jump Pass ($25) at that time.
There is no fee to reserve; you are simply purchasing your collar now, to be made later.
Risk Acceptance: Reservations are valid for 12 months from purchase. If your pup isn’t fully grown by then, provided you are communicating with me via email as aforementioned, you may renew your reservation at no cost. This also assumes that D2K9 is still in operation. No refunds will be given if the 12-month window passes with no communication or D2K9 is no longer operating.
